If you’re in New York City they lock your card. Not worth it. They don’t give out loans. They freeze cards for no reason. Trash outdated “2010 esque” faculty. 0/10. ### 1/5 — Change has gone to horrible to horrid *2023-08-29* I use the mobile deposit for small checks, and what use to clear in a day, almost take 4 days to clear. Will be closing accounts because their upgrade has made banking unpleasant. ### 1/5 — App showing account as euros *2020-05-18* I have always lived in the United States and dealt in dollars. After using this app successfully many times it now is showing all of my account balances in EUROS. It will not allow me to take a picture of a check and deposit it because it changes the amount into euros as soon as I start typing. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2018-10-09* Unreliable when needed it the most. very little banking function like the option to deposit via app also no way to see any pending transactions not yet posted on your account. You can’t even lock/freeze your card if you misplaced it. From terminal illnesses to divorce to retirement ALL the staff provides OUTSTANDING service! No matter what the issue is they answer expeditiously and professionally. There has NEVER been a long wait for anything. If the system is down there is a recorded message telling you that they are working on the issue, and if you can not get through the main line due to system issues you can email or use mobile banking. The service is OUTSTANDING, and so is the staff and that is a testament to how the management leads! ❤️ ### 5/5 — “Transactions “ watch dog more active *2024-06-24* When new technology systems were upgraded not all the functionality were active; now are see the difference. I can transfer from my external accounts into Signal with a few simple clicks. ### 5/5 — Highly Functional *2021-11-04* For a Credit Union app, I was surprised by all I was able to do. Transfers (internally and to my outside bank accounts), deposit checks, view statements, search locations, enable alerts, etc. I’m also able to login via Face ID which is very convenient. It’s like a kindergarten version of an app. I have to log into website now for most everything needed. First you move your branch out of area, then you make mobile banking almost impossible.
