One mic cord plugged into the wrong channel throws a wrench into the whole process. It takes up valuable time, causes finger pointing and much angst. This app takes all the chaos and confusion out, getting everyone on your sound team on the same page. The lead sound tech has the option to share an input list and stage plot with his team. No more “chicken scratches” on a paper handed out that could potentially get lost or misinterpreted. It can be shared with any other device that can download the app. Also if you are a touring band you can send a stage plot to whatever sound company is being used at your event, insuring things are set up to your liking.
