Signal Path is an AI journal for recording life, planning actions and reviewing change. Signals record what happened; Today’s Focus names what you want to finish. Weekly Review and Journey bring your time, experiments and choices into view. Today Capture Signals with text, voice transcription or a state update. Plan Today’s Focus in advance, optionally link it to a goal or experiment, and add or correct past results. Weekly Review Review time distribution, Signals, attempt results and the week’s focus items together. Compare with last week, then confirm adjustments before applying them to relevant plans. Life experiments Give goals a completion condition and experiments a specific approach. Save an incubating idea with only a title, without using an active slot; complete the details when starting. Set how to work on it and a time limit. Journey Review experiences, progress and My Choices across months. Monthly review is one entry point. Follow-ups use explicitly linked records, not assumptions about what missing records mean. Me Set your life direction, focus count, daily task and time limits, and a shared active limit for goals and experiments. Choose rest, travel or exempt dates.
