NINETY TRACKS, TWO PATHWAYS
Five ambient music collections:
• Focus — Gamma (40 Hz) and SMR (14 Hz) inspired ambience for deep work and study
• Calm — Alpha-band (10 Hz) daylight pads and sanctuary rain. Free, forever
• Reset — Theta-band (7 Hz) soundscapes and releasing 396 Hz tones for meditation
• Sleep — Delta-band (4 Hz) drift for deep, restorative nights
• Uplift — traditional Solfeggio tunings (432–741 Hz) woven into warm piano light

Seven pure-frequency sections, produced to studio spec (48 kHz WAV):
• Brainwave Entrainment — precision binaural beds at 40, 14, 10, 7 and 4 Hz
• Traditional Frequencies — exact drones across the full 174–963 Hz scale
• Noise Colours — calibrated white, pink, brown, grey and blue noise

Binaural tracks are labelled "stereo headphones required" right on the track —
