## What is SignalScope Pro 2026?

SignalScope Pro 2026 offers a professional tool set to meet your measurement and analysis needs as an engineer, consultant, educator, student, researcher, or savvy hobbyist in areas such as acoustics (sound and vibration), audio, electronics, and electroacoustics.

Features:
- Analyze signals coming from available audio input hardware connected to your Mac or iOS/iPadOS device.
- Assign engineering units to your input signals and calibrate external transducers for accurate measurements.
- Assign input channel units and sensitivities for individual USB Audio devices.
- Connect lab-grade microphones and sensors to your Mac, iPad, or iPhone with suitable interface hardware for precise measurements.
- SignalScope offers enhanced support for select hardware from manufacturers including Digiducer, The Modal Shop, miniDSP, Dayton Audio, MOTU, and RME.
- Nominal acoustic sensitivities included for iPhone and iPad built-in microphones.

SignalScope Pro 2026 will receive major upgrades, consistent with those available in the SignalScope X Pro Tool Set subscription, through calendar year 2027, after which it will receive maintenance updates through 2029. It can be used indefinitely thereafter on a compatible version of macOS or iOS.

- Support for miniDSP EARS Pro. Factory-supplied microphone sensitivity and frequency response data will automatically be downloaded and applied the first time the EARS Pro audio interface is recognized by SignalScope. The system is then ready to make headphone and earphone measurements. Automatic setup for the EARS Pro analog jig requires that it be used along with the optional EARS Pro 2x2 USB audio interface. Sensitivity calibration and mic frequency response correction can be applied manually when using the jig with an alternate USB audio interface.
- Corrected a potential glitch in Octave Analyzer measurements with Z weighting and data logging enabled.
- Corrected a glitch in x-axis values for the data cursor in the lower graph of the Dual FFT Analyzer tool.
- Minor cosmetic improvements and simple user experience enhancements.
