Could never get past the spinning. Don’t waste your time. It’s frustrating. **Developer response:** Hi there — I’m really sorry you had a frustrating experience. I gave the app a crystal clear signature and it said it couldn’t identify the artist. My son downloaded this app on a three day trial for free to scan a picture and see if he could identify a signature. It didn’t work. Fast forward three weeks later and I noticed my bill had three $10 charges. $10/week for a three day trial? Not only that there’s another three day trial currently being offered for half the price I’m paying?? The annual price is $50 a year. So if somebody signs up for a three day free trial & then forgets about it.. they end up paying $520/yr! 10x the annual app price!! Is developer testing out different strategies to make money?? How bout just write an app that works?! What happened to good iPhone apps? Now everything is a scam. They need to get these app stuff off the App Store. On the whole, this app is useless, and I’m glad I was able to do a free trial, otherwise I’d be mad I paid for nothing. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-11-19* Everytime I take a picture all I get is a “sorry encountered a problem plz try again later” ### 1/5 — Waste of memory *2025-11-16* Took pictures of 9 trading cards and all gave me a download error. This app doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Would not focus the camera *2025-10-14* Tried many times, both ways. (1) Touched the existing-photos button & saw the selected signature image get checked (brown-background check mark) but the app immediately returned to the start of the process. (2) Tried the camera use within the app but the app would not focus the camera on the painting’s surface. The painting & the signature were small so, to fill the indicated image size with the signature, the iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 18.6.2) had to be held close. The camera itself, outside the Signature-Finder app, focused on it well, showing the micro lens-function indicator as it did so. ### 1/5 — It’s a scam! *2025-07-30* No valuable information is given. It seems like a very generic AI tool that they’re using here. Whenever you upload a signature it just tells you that it needs more information to determine the signature. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I tried to retake the image, but I “have reached my daily limit.” One! I’m deleting this app and all its data. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
