Also, instructions to connect to WiFi are incorrect on app and printed material. My model, UPCG3654ST, you must push hard on “WiFi” words on cooktop. Wait for beep then you can begin process of connecting to WiFi. There is no “button”, so it can be deceiving. Tech support concierge said design was to make for a cleaner look, but it just makes it confusing for the user. Tech support was helpful and said would deliver feedback to superiors and design team. App is good for knowing local weather for some odd reason, but not so good at monitoring/controlling/notifying info regarding the cooktop.
