Mobile deposit is a lot easier and the debit card controls are very helpful. They have some good people there to provide support but it’s the App developers. I’m always told to reinstall. I don’t have issues with other banks or constantly reinstalling with others I work with so there’s that benchmark. Before your huge update, it all worked great. This new app, you can’t even send money to others through it. Stuck in 100% updating always. Face ID never works. The new UI is clunky and there’s so many redundant options that could be categorized better. Aggravating and confusing to try and read all this tiny print when I just want to check my balance and transactions quickly. Tapping/clicking on things like your balance won’t take you to see it, you have to find the microscopic print where it says “transitions” in the tiniest hit box ever and hope that the app doesn’t crash or redirect you out of the app. Also, why does my new debit card look like my neighbor’s driveway after their kid smashed it with a hammer? ### 1/5 — Accounts Unavailable *2021-09-30, version 11.0.5700* Hate the app. 9 times out of 10 I login and it tells me my accounts are unavailable and I have to click the return home button about ten times to get to my accounts or log out and back in numerous times if that doesn’t work. Having Bank of America as another one of our banks and using their mobile app puts this one to shame. Hopefully Signature Bank can learn from their app. 1. To pay your bills is the most difficult thing ever. 2. If you accidentally set the wrong date to pay the bill you can’t just go back to edit. You have to delete the whole thing and make a new one. If you choose to edit it on the app it only lets you edit the address. 3. It always says the bill is overdo when it is not.
