Only emergency is bypassing do not disturb and silence. Why IT Is not??? How can we configure this?

**Developer response:** Hi, you can set this for each alert category but you have to do this on each mobile app for each user separately.

### 5/5 — SIGNL4 is how alerting should feel

*2019-03-15*

Very visual and easy to use - you can customize your experience and I love the simple punch in and punch out. The design makes it fun to use and the fact that it is mainly app based means that you can finally really carry your mobile alerting in your pocket. Love it and can only recommend it...

### 5/5 — Very effective app

*2018-06-15*

This app is incredibly well thought out. It’s easy to use, very fast raising alerts and keeps your whole team informed of issues as they progress through to resolution.

The webhook functionality is brilliant, allowing two-way communication with existing systems, and the developers responded immediately to a additional functionality request - very impressive!
