### 3/5 — So far, so good; could use some integrations

*2026-06-09, version 4.18.3*

UPDATE: the app seems good, though i maintain user adjustable ranges would be helpful. The app seems to indicate it will adjust based on collected data, but we’ll see how that goes.

As for logging various events, it would be fantastic if Signos could pull from other popular logging apps. For example, Garmin or Strava or MyFitnesspal. Having to update multiple apps with the same info in order to maintain existing workflows is tedious and time consuming. I’d love to be able to do it in the places i normally do and have Signos import automatically. Everything’s got an API these days, so it. Luke be possible.

———

This is a bit of a pre-review just based on app features. I’m coming from Stelo and am managing type 2 diabetes through natural means (diet/exercise/lifestyle changes). For those with type 2, the blood glucose range is a bit wider than for non-diabetic people. Including a mechanism to adjust the range based on specific use cases or by a doctor’s recommendation would be helpful. I start my first sensor with Signos tomorrow and I’ll be sure to update the review as I kick the tires more.

### 2/5 — Products not arriving on time guess my diabetes can wait

*2026-04-11, version 4.16.2*

Charged for product but have not received it. Told 5 to 7 days before delivery. I’m on the 3 month plan. They know when my monitor needs changing and have had months to get me the next batch. No help from them. Need to find another company.

### 3/5 — Appreciate the glucose tracking, but the food tracker is terrible

*2026-02-10*

Being able to monitor my glucose is fantastic, but trying to log my food items into their food tracker. It’s terrible. First of all most items indicate one serving, well what is the serving size? I don’t eat things that come from a box so how am I supposed to guess? What serving size it is. Then to actually enter the items there’s about three different things that you have to push to actually force the item into the meal terrible why aren’t things measured in cups? The app would be so much better if the food tracking was improved.

### 2/5 — Pls fix update

*2025-12-29, version 4.12.0*

The new update makes it impossible to see your gluc reading until dailies are recorded. FIX THAT PLS. I should be able to delay dailies when i need to see my reading.

### 2/5 — Don’t like the new Stelo sensor.

*2025-12-04, version 4.9.0*

I have been a long time user of signals 18+ months. I do not like the new Stelo sensor. Using the older style sensor for 10 days was all my skin could take. The 15 day long Stelo sensor becomes painful around 12 days.
Also i can no longer calibrate the sensor when the readings are off from blood sticking test results.

### 1/5 — Stopped working

*2025-08-25, version 4.2.0*

This app stopped working and won’t update. I’ve contacted customer support as well but I can’t get past the update screen even if I close the app, I tried to erase the app and reload which of course made me loose all my data as well. Still won’t go past the update screen. I have a cgm ready to paid in my arm that I can’t pair. My phone is updated as well. Frustrated!

### 3/5 — Good but…

*2025-08-11, version 4.0.1*

The notification alert in the middle of the screen is annoying, and the only way to get rid of it is by accepting to receive notifications.

This takes away from what could otherwise be the best experience with the app.

### 5/5 — Everyone should have one of these!

*2025-05-22, version 3.43.0*

Neither my wife or I are pre diabetic but we decided to get dog is for 6 months to see what we can. Learn. I am also interested in losing some weight for an upcoming knee replacement.

We have each learned so much using Signos. It has changed our eating habits for the better. We are each losing weight and still happy about our food choices. We splurge occasionally but we better understand the impact of those changes.

Particularly impressed with the app’s ability to evaluate a pic of a meal and accurately calculate the ingredients.

Highly recommend.

PS: my wife said that any parent who has a child that is diagnosed with diabetes, should have to be ear one of three so they can better appreciate how foods, stress and exercise can effect your sugar levels.

### 5/5 — Exceptional

*2025-05-15, version 3.43.0*

Exceptional company with top-notch service! Their Dexcom G7 software is truly outstanding—seamless, reliable, and incredibly user-friendly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Tom

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2025-04-29, version 3.42.0*

Today is day 2 with my Signos and Today I spent 4.5hours on with their support chat, which ended up with me feeling disregarded and thus requesting a refund. I found they were too busy gas lighting me about why I couldn’t be sure my device wasn’t working, instead of trying to resolve the issue. I cannot understand a company that would take over 4.5hours of a customer’s day going back and forth on whether the device was functioning instead of simply finding the most efficient and effective way to provide customer service - particularly for a $689 product.

It is incredibly disappointing to go through the process of getting this product, with high hopes, and having to return it. I wish the senior manager who came onto the chat focused more on customer service instead of lecturing me about all the ways the device readings “may not mean the device isn’t working”. At some point, weigh the opportunity costs. 4.5 hours of a customer’s time -fueling a negative experience- is pennies to replacing a device that is not working. Details below.

I installed my device yesterday, per instructions (book and video) and it worked well the first day. I even told my husband - “you should get one of these. The app even knows when I ate something and didn’t log it.”We are big coffee drinkers and love a coffee with oat milk and a pastry on the side. I was gawking to him about how much my glucose was spiking from the cafe au lait and croissant I had eaten and even the simple slice of toast with eggs and sardines.
Today, however, the device showed a connection issue. I found that my Bluetooth showed as disconnected but the app still showed connected, even when deleting the device from
my Bluetooth list. All the while, my glucose monitor was “showing movement”, but was not picking up on anything I had eaten. I had steady to low glucose the entire day - something I did not even have while sleeping- despite eating the same foods yesterday with zero exercise and water.
I started deliberately eating high carb, high sugar sweets to test the app and nothing. I had two coffees with oatmilk, rugelachs, the same lunch and same dinner snacks that spicier my glucose the day before. Something was clearly off.

Despite explaining this- the senior manager continued to lecture me about providing knowledge. He went as far as to say “did you even read what I wrote” - after being on with them for 4hours. When I asked him to replace the device - he said he could but went on to say in the future they would not be replacing a device off of one day issue. His priority seemed solely focused on not owning that the device was not working as expected.

My doctor recommended this product to me to get insight into my glucose. I looked it up, and while the costs of $689 for 3months seemed staggering, i justified it as an investment into my health. My parents, who are in the medical industry, were shocked at the price but I brushed that off and paid, eagerly awaiting my monitor. Now I am packaging them back up to return (more time out of my day).

I think that many of us encounter negative experiences but many of us do not want to spend the energy or time writing a review. Our busy lifestyles no longer afford the luxuries of having time for these things. Unfortunately I have to write this review today. It’s truly disappointing.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Falls short

*2026-05-27, version 4.18.0*

Scanner doesn’t work. Results are erratic when you place a CGM.

### 1/5 — Used to be good

*2026-04-01, version 4.16.0*

The app and sensors used to be good and reliable. Then I had batch of sensor that caused excessive bleeding and bruising. Then they changed to the Stelo sensor and seems like they changed the glue of the patches. The new glue is not hypoallergenic and I can’t use it. There is an early cancellation fee and it feels like they are stealing your money.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2026-03-10, version 4.15.0*

Unfortunately a trash app, trash system, && the team is especially trash at communication! Stay away, your wallet will thank you.

### 1/5 — Faulty Sensor and horrible customer service

*2026-01-18, version 4.13.0*

After using Signos for 8 weeks for the most part the signos app and sensors worked well. However their customer service is another story. My 5th sensor for some reason started to have unusable and high readings from day 1 after applying. I researched why this may be showing high readings and was told it may do this for the first 24 hours or so. However after about 7 days of sporadic high readings I open a ticket with customer support to alert them. To make a long story short. They first denied any high readings and then asked for proof as I compared my glucose readings on cgm vs fingreprick reading on my mojo health app. Even though I provided factual proof and screenshot of both readings. Signos CGM showed 206 and mojo health fingreprick showed 105. They stated it was near the 15 full days of use and that towards the end that it can show high false reading and refused to do anything about it. My whole experience with customer service may me feel like they will make all kinds of excuses to not provide any compensation to its customers. Horrible customer service and would not recommend!

### 1/5 — New sensors are horrible

*2026-01-09, version 4.12.1*

The new sensors that they have gone to are horrible. They already had to send me a new one because my first one failed in a couple days. Now I’ve had the second one in for two days and after multiple lost signals it’s failed as well. Hoping I can get my money back. Used to be a great experience, but those days seem to be over. Plus, it says it takes two days for it to calibrate. So are you charging me for those two days of worthlessness? No thanks.

### 1/5 — Schemers

*2026-01-07, version 4.12.1*

Very unhelpful customer service, unlike anything I’ve seen. Signed up for the 6 month by mistake and wanted to switch to a three month plan. They said it couldn’t happen unless I paid a $125 cancellation fee and started a new. I asked where the cancellation fee went and why it was so expensive and they never got back to me. The packaging was dented and one of the injectors was already open, I asked about a single replacement and they said of course I couldn get one, at a fee of course. This service is horrible, try a different brand yall.

### 1/5 — Stelo Devices are Not Accurate

*2025-12-31, version 4.12.1*

The Dexcom G7s were really accurate & allowed calibration. No longer recommend Signos.

### 1/5 — UPDATE IS NOT WORKING

*2025-08-25, version 4.2.0*

Stuck in a loop of “there’s a new update - Open app” over and over please fix asap waste of sensors

### 1/5 — Update 8/25 Broke It

*2025-08-25, version 4.2.0*

I did the requested update and now the app does not work. Amazing. I’ve contacted support and am awaiting a response. But sloppy software push, guys.

### 1/5 — Update not working

*2025-08-25, version 4.2.0*

Stuck in loop. App says update. Go to Apple. Update. Go to app. Says to update. Repeat. Deleted app. Restarted phone. Tried again. Same loop.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great sensors

*2026-06-12, version 4.18.3*

The sensors work very well. I did not have problems with them not lasting the full 2 weeks. I always felt they were accurate. Expensive but a good product.

### 5/5 — Signos

*2026-06-08, version 4.18.2*

Changing my life as now I know how my habits are affecting my health

### 5/5 — Perfect but I have a request

*2026-04-10, version 4.16.0*

Hi, this app is amazing for tracking my glucose and everything. I just have 1 request. Can we see numbers lower than 70 too? Like down to 40 maybe? Or lower than that?

### 5/5 — 6 Months Later - WOW!!

*2025-10-06, version 4.6.0*

10/6 UPDATE 6 mos into using this and I love it. I’ve lost almost 20 lbs just from monitoring my diet and walking a min of 30 min per day. The activities, weekly insights and overall support has been essential towards getting better in controlling my diabetes.

I’ve managed to lower my A1C from 6.7 down to 5.0. I am, however, disappointed that FDA is forcing this app to set the GV range to 140. This app clearly states what the optimum range should be. When I started using this app my glucose variable started at 180. The better I started managing what I ate, my range would get lowered in reasonable increments and made me feel good about what I was doing. Through hard work, my GV is now down to 145.

When you start this journey you need positive feedback and support. Setting the GV to 140 regardless of where you are starting, I feel, can only discourage using it. It took me 6 mos to get to 145. I wouldn’t want the constant reminder that I’m not there yet. As long as the app clearly shows what we are trying to get to, the FDA needs to butt out on how the app works.

Thank you, Signos!!!!

### 5/5 — Sensors now working fine.

*2025-09-30, version 4.6.0*

Everything just fine now.

### 5/5 — Easy to use and helpful

*2025-08-27, version 4.2.1*

Using Signos has been an excellent tool for pairing continuous glucose monitoring with real, actionable insights. The app itself is clean, visually appealing, and intuitive to use, making it easy to track trends without feeling overwhelming. I also appreciate the emails—concise, helpful, and filled with practical tips—that complement the in-app experience. Together, they’ve helped me better understand how my body responds to food and lifestyle choices, and have promoted meaningful, sustainable changes in my daily routin

### 5/5 — Great tracking

*2025-08-27, version 4.2.1*

I use the Signos app for meal logging and it has been a tremendous help. It is user friendly and helps me keep my weight stable. I also like it tracks my activities and lets me know when I have done more or less than my average.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-08-26, version 4.2.0*

Great app, and UX. Love the data analytics.

### 5/5 — Signos Changes Lives

*2025-08-25, version 4.2.0*

After trying everything to lose weight, Signos came along and has changed my life dramatically. I now know what my metabolism looks like in real time, and have finally been able to lose the weight and keep it off. I am at my healthiest I have ever been!

### 5/5 — Helpful and easy to use

*2025-05-29, version 3.43.0*

I have learned SO much using Signos. I am not diabetic and made the decision to use Signos to learn about how my body was processing food, sleep and stress. The app has great tools built in to help me learn and see results. I’ve had improved sleep, lost some weight, and overall feel better (which was my main goal) and the app has helped me get there.
