This is great but most of the seasoned realtors know where to place their signs and pretty much remember where they’ve placed their signs.  This is the most beneficial to green realtors.  However, green realtors are the most broke for the longest time. They get nickled and dimed for everything in the beginning and now this is one more expense that is essential for them to be successful.  Bring the price down to at least $.99, that’s a little more reasonable.

I hold open houses every weekend and put out as many as 15 open house signs to bring potential buyers to my listings. This takes time and a considerable amount of thought as where to place them. The signplacer app simplifies the process by showing me the optimal routes to bring buyers. It also allows me to mark the sign locations so I never forget to pick one up.
