La aplicación SIGO GTO Usuario, es una herramienta tecnológica diseñada para brindar el servicio público de transporte de personas (privado y taxis) en el estado de Guanajuato.
 
De una forma sencilla e intuitiva, la aplicación se convertirá en una aliada segura y confiable para que puedas viajar con tranquilidad a donde lo necesites.
 
Podrás conocer:
*La identidad del operador o conductor
*Datos del vehículo antes de abordar
*Disponibilidad del servicio
*Tiempo de espera para abordar el vehículo.
*Evaluar al operador o conductor de la unidad.
*Realizar reportes.
 
Durante el viaje y en caso de emergencia, podrás activar desde la aplicación un Chat mediante Whatsapp con el Centro de Monitoreo de la Dirección General de Transporte del Estado de Guanajuato, que establece comunicación con las autoridades y sistemas de emergencia y/o seguridad (C5 y C4) en caso de presentarse alguna eventualidad.
 
¡Tu tranquilidad es lo más importante! Al momento de conectarte a nuestra aplicación, recibirás atención las 24 horas del día los 365 días del año.

1. Es intuitiva y fácil de usar.
2. Podrás solicitar un servicio desde la comodidad de tu hogar o desde cualquier lugar donde te encuentres.
3. Conocerás el costo del viaje al momento de solicitar tu servicio.
4. Sabrás los datos del operador o conductor, así como del vehículo que te brindará el servicio, mismos que se encuentran registrados ante la Dirección General de Transporte del Estado de Guanajuato.
5. Elegir el servicio de tu preferencia: Taxi o Privado.
6. Visualizar la ruta del vehículo en tiempo real.
7. Compartir tu ruta cuando te encuentres en viaje con la persona que desees, siempre y cuando la persona cuente con la aplicación en su dispositivo móvil.
8. El servicio estará disponible las 24 horas del día los 365 días del año.
9. Podrás calificar el servicio del operador o conductor, así como las condiciones del vehículo.
10.-Tu viaje será monitoreado por personal de la Dirección General de Transporte del Estado por tu seguridad.
