Now that I’m trying to cancel the payment, because of course the money was taken out of my bank account right away, the app is no longer working. I’ve been dealing with this for weeks now! As soon as I get my money back I’ll delete this app and stop using Sigue for good. ### 1/5 — Scammers!! Won’t give money back! *2022-07-20, version 2.15* I sent money to mexico and they cancelled my transaction saying it was fraudulent! How is sending money to someone else fraudulent?!! Now they don’t want to give me my money back. They keep going around and around lying and they solve nothing. As we speak, I can’t log in because it says log in unauthorized, even though I changed password as I was asked to do so the last time the app got an update. The app has erased the history of the people I send money to along with all their info. Every time the app is updated, there is always an issue with login in; where I’m told to delete the app and load it again, but it still has issues. The costumer service is not very nice and a lot of the time unhelpful. What is the use of paying more to use this app than what you pay when you go to an actual physical Sigue agency if it is always giving you trouble? It tells me that they can’t find bank recipient info, gives me server errors, deletes the people I send money to and when I try to add them back it says that they’re already added, it deletes my card info and also when I try to login it gives me an error and I have to try multiple times before it lets me in. I had an issue doing a transfer and they were unable to resolve it or help me at all with it. I called regarding the issue the first time and the lady tells me that they will be looking into my account and if I could call back in 20mins, I was unable to call back due to me being busy at working and not having time so I decided to call back the next day, this time the lady on the phone did not let me speak she kept talking over me and not letting me explain what happened so I let her speak and she said I had to send them an email with the screenshot of the error message I was get. I told her well the lady I spoke to last did not tell me to send anything or else I would had done it by now. So after the phone call I went ahead and send the email she requested I sent and now I was getting an error email stating the message was unable to send. So now I’m having to call again to see what is going on. The lady on the phone now tells me that I am BLOCKED from using the app and when I asked why was I being blocked she said she did not have that information so I asked if she could transfer me to someone who was able to tell me why I was being BLOCKED and she said she was unable to do that!!!! I said so I’m being BLOCKED from using the app and you can’t tell why and you also can’t transfer me to someone who is able to tell me…How unprofessional are you guys.
