## What is Sigwren?

Sigwren is a coach-led intelligence platform for endurance teams. Coaches get race-demand context, athlete readiness signals, and clear triage support so decisions stay fast and accountable. Athletes get daily guidance, wellness tracking, upcoming race context, and a direct line to their coach. Alice supports athlete-facing guidance. Ada supports coach-facing decision context. Coaches remain the final decision-makers.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6.1 — 2026-10-21

Race programmes: buying a race programme now puts its race on your schedule, and the race page offers your goal and plan build until your plan exists — and you can change your goal on any built plan; saving a goal goes straight into the build, and Recompute re-prices your plan. Strength: a new max is recorded automatically once two sessions agree, a big jump asks you to confirm first, your coach can see and undo it, and high-rep sets earn rep records. Workouts carry their focus cue on the watch and in the voice, and long runs, race simulations and race day get a focus-skill cue card. Alice is now the one assistant everywhere, and for self-coached athletes she can make small changes to your day on her own. Runs open fast and fill in as the detail arrives; calendar saves return at once. A faulty watch altimeter is recognised and its climb taken from the map instead. Health data from your phone saves again. Coaches get a ranked Today list, a Health page with illness, injury and soreness, and alerts for watch sync, tests due and stalled sign-ups that now reach you. Plus many smaller fixes.

### 1.6.0 — 2026-10-14

Form and movement checks: film a running-form or movement test with the in-app camera, save and resume it, and read the results in words. A session set for "Saturday or Sunday" now shows once on your calendar. Progress shows your real bests and weekly volume. Today shows overnight numbers only when they are this morning's, tells you when last night hasn't arrived from your watch yet, and moves on to the new day at midnight and when you reopen the app. Coaches can plan from a phone: the training calendar fills the screen and a tap opens the day. Dates read in your language, and you can export a run you recorded in Sigwren as a .FIT file. Fixes a grey screen some accounts saw on opening the app.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-09-28

• Your training plan, rebuilt — see it on your phone, and move or let go of a missed session
• Choose your app theme — Midnight is the new default
• Race-day crew alerts on the crew page, and on their phone if they opt in
• Calmer notifications — a burst of alerts buzzes once, and quiet hours are respected
• Mind training: breathwork and practice sessions in the library
• Fixes and performance improvements

### 1.4.0 — 2026-09-11

Sleep now shows the shape of your night.

Your daily check-in draws the night itself — deep, light, REM and the moments you were awake, plotted against the clock from when you fell asleep to when you woke. Watches that record the night minute by minute give the full picture; watches that report only totals show an honest breakdown instead of a shape we invented for them.

On your wellness screens, sleep now sits beside HRV and resting heart rate as one bar per night, divided into its stages, with your own normal range behind it. Tap any night to open it.

We also fixed a bug that read short sleep stages wrongly — a two-minute wake could appear as an hour. Your sleep history has been corrected.

Plus a new plan builder: your goals in, and a plan you shape on the calendar.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-05

COROS connects. Link your COROS account and your workouts, sleep, HRV and daily health flow into Sigwren, history included. Recorded on the watch, analysed by your coach.

One workout counts once. The same run arriving from your watch and from Strava is a single session, and the watch's recording wins.

Trim an activity to the part that counts, and keep the cut you made.

A race you removed can come back, and a plan you started can be removed.

Heart-rate zones prefer what you measured over what we derived, and a threshold change re-bakes your effort bands.

Notifications clear properly: Mark all read empties the list, and older ones fold into an Earlier section.

Plus fixes: a nightly figure that is stale now says so and carries its date.
