多分他の多くの利用者さんが思ってることは、全ての画面キャプチャーや webページが印刷できればもっと良いのに、だと思います。利用範囲が広がりますし。
せっかくの良いプリンターが 勿体無いと思いますね。

せっかくiPhoneやiPadに接続されるので、メモ帳や写真が印刷できたら...と思います。

一部の若年者の間で、写真等をレシート紙に印刷して楽しむことが流行しているようです。

私も、そのプリンタを使ってメモなどを印刷しているのですが、製品の質が悪いように感じます。また、一時的な流行のために作られているようなので、アフターフォローされないだろうと感じます。

それと比べ貴社は、業務用に特化した製品でもあることから、アフターフォローがきっちりしている印象があります。

写真やメモ帳程度は選択して印刷できるようにしていただけると、ミニプリンターとしての使い道が広がります。アプリの更新をしていて使えるようにして頂けると助かります。
