## What is Sijil HR?

Sijil is the employee self-service app for companies running on Odoo, by Pro Comrades.
Everything an employee needs to manage their work life — payslips, leaves, attendance, loans, overtime, expenses — in one branded mobile app, securely connected to your company's Odoo instance.

WHO IT'S FOR

Sijil is built for employees of companies using Pro Comrades' HR suite on Odoo (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and other GCC markets). It connects to your company's Odoo instance — your administrator will provide the URL.

PRIVACY

Sijil only sends data to your company's own Odoo server. No data is collected by Pro Comrades or sold to third parties. Biometric data never leaves your device.

REQUIREMENTS

• Your company must be running Odoo 17 or newer with the Pro Comrades HR portal module installed.
• Your administrator must provide you with a server URL and login credentials.

Family & Emergency Contacts
• Add, edit and remove your family members and emergency contacts directly in the app.

Faster, easier check-in
• Face verification is much quicker to pass. A blink OR a small head movement is now enough — you no longer have to produce both.
• If the camera cannot read the liveness signals on your device, a "Capture now" button appears so you are never stuck at the check-in screen.
• Clearer guidance when a face check does not match, instead of a technical error.

Work zones
• Fixed work-zone (geofence) checking, which could previously fail to recognise a valid location.
• New "Share my location" action so you can send your actual work location to your administrator to set up your zone.

• Improved: clearer error message when work zones cannot be loaded (network issue) — the app now retries once and tells you to try again instead of silently rejecting your check-in.

• Auto-fills employee birthday and age from Civil ID when imported by HR.
