While the initial transaction process appeared successful on the app, the funds never reached my recipient's Orange Money wallet. This caused significant stress and inconvenience for both myself and my intended recipient. What makes this situation worse is the unprofessional customer service response. When attempting to resolve this issue, I found the support team to be unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. This is particularly problematic for a financial service where people trust the platform with their hard-earned money. While the app's interface for sending money to West Africa seems straightforward, the actual service delivery fails to meet basic reliability standards. I cannot recommend this app until they: 1. Implement better transaction tracking systems 2. Improve their integration with local payment services like Orange Money 3. They even added more countries into their circle. SIKACASH: Allows BANK DEPOSIT, CASH PICK-UP and MOBILE MONEY up to $2,999. It has a better currency exchange rate and NO FEES at all!! Money will be received within 5 mins -24hrs! Receiving Countries: Gambia, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea Conakry, Cameroon, Burkina-Faso, Mali, Ivory-Coast, Sénégal, Benin, and Togo. It’s the best mainly their customer service. ### 5/5 — DO NOT USE THIS APP I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED TWICE *2025-03-02* I’ve always been using other apps to send money to Guinea with absolutely zero issues until someone told me about SikaCash.. I jumped straight to it didn’t have any issues at the beginning until there was a day.. I send 100 $ to a relative which was never delivered and didn’t get any notifications about the status of my money until when I called them (POV: they also have one the most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered) they’re common excuses that the the recipient had reached it’s maximum limit I was like okay here is another number, then same day I had send another transaction to the number I gave making it 2 transactions on same number they only delivered one, the the other is waiting for in Qiyamah. I called them back and fort they’re wasn’t any favorable outcome then I gave up I gave there case to Allah. I lost that 100$. Despite that I still continue using the app, until recently I sent 40$ to a relative waited for 2 days without any news I called them the unprofessional team kept playing with me like a ping pong I got tired of calling them I told them to cancel the transaction despite giving them another number, and telling them that the transaction was of urgent but they still decided to scam me with that 40 box.. If I could be able to upload a screenshot of my claims I would have shared it with everyone . In total I have been scammed for 140$ which I will anticipate receiving that from them in Qiyamah because I know how hard we make our living. I stopped using there app and ever Since I’ve been happier. I gave one star rating because there’s no zero. Key points I told the unprofessional customer services guy to improve is the way of communicating. If you’ve taken money from someone’s account and the intended purpose wasn’t served try to send them back a message to the person and let them know about the status of there transaction that will solve 90% of the miss communication issues and if it can’t be delivered send them back there money very simple!!! ### 5/5 — Bah *2024-12-27, version 2.8* You’re the best ### 5/5 — Sikacash app *2024-10-08* It's a very good application, I started using it almost two years on all the speed of their payment when I send money also there are no fees you send your money for free.
