Everyday it gets slower taking up to 20 minutes + to load simple messages leading to issues with time sensitive coordination. The key feature of a hotel app is chat. It’s not that hard. It is built in a low quality way where it heats up the phone with GPU issues and fails to load simple chat content. The OS throttles the heavy loading and the app freezes.
