If I was not making a baby, sure I understand I want to build up to be stronger but while having a 26 weeks belly the workouts Silvy suggest are extreme and not pregnant belly friendly. This program is good for someone who is used to working out as much as she does maybe, someone who before pregnancy was lifting 3-4 times a week minimum. Otherwise this is not for the average pregnant woman that wants to workout during this journey. Workouts should be easier as the belly grows!
