Can’t log in even after I made my account, because it keeps saying “unable to verify credentials.” I can login via safari, but not on the app? Considering the other reviews I’ve read, this app is useless… ### 1/5 — Zero Integrity *2023-01-21, version 1.21* Great marketing, really create the impression that they are a business for the people. Couldn’t be farther from the truth. They sent me spam emails almost everyday while I was deciding on what trust route to go, but my phone calls, emails, and texts have gone ignored or met with responses copied & pasted totally irrelevant to my concern. The tone is all correspondence after payment is cold and indifferent. AFTER requesting a refund they shipped my silencer anyways so that refund would only be 65% of my purchase price. They have no record of my request for refund despite sending a screenshot. Don’t be fooled by their “100% money back guarantee”. Read the fine print, they want 350 dollars to cancel a same state order they haven’t even submitted paperwork on yet. I see other reviews regarding the sense of urgency drop off in handling paperwork once they received payment and can confirm that is accurate. ### 2/5 — Auth is broken *2022-10-23, version 1.20* Authentication is broken. This is one of the worst apps I've installed. The keyboard won't show up when you need it, after entering my name there is nothing else I can seem to do in the app beyond initial creation of an account. It didn't correctly enforce password restrictions so I didn't save my auto generated password. I can open it and loom at my name and it sent me a message to go to a kiosk. It is not there fault that ATF is so slow. I just don’t know what ATF is doing for all that time. The procedure with ATF has not changed since 1934. Anyway that is not the Silencer Shop’s problem.
