Your subscription will be renewed automatically unless it is canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period. We will often have to restart the machine in order for the app to recognize it in the devices tab. Even though it shows up as connected in our Bluetooth settings. And even though we have tried to add device it will never Find the device unless we restart the machine by turning it off and turning it back on again. Also, it is now totally not functional because it will not connect to my new iPhone 16 no matter what I do. I do not recommend this device/app. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2025-03-31, version 3.3.11* I just got this for Christmas and it has been nothing but great. It connects to my phone so absolutely no confusion whatsoever. I do have a suggestion though- instead of playing the music or stories on your phone it would be nice to have it conn to the alarm clock itself. Besides that I LOVE it and i hope you buy it too!! ### 1/5 — Alarm feature unusable *2025-01-05, version 3.3.11* I made the mistake of setting an alarm to gently wake up my baby at the same time every morning. When I wanted to change the alarm or turn it off, nothing worked. The alarm continues to go off after powering off and no matter what I try. When I try to delete the alarm, i can't. When I try to adjust the alarm, I get an error code and nothing changes. When I try to silence the alarm, it simply snoozes it and resounds mere minutes later. This machine is now worthless garbage.
