Such a bad design I can’t even track the bus status. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2021-09-26, version 19.12.04* This app is so bad it’s sad that school even wants you to use it. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2020-09-28, version 19.12.04* I can’t keep the app open. Video instructions on website must be for a much older version of the app, but nevertheless it fails to create the account because it says “session disconnected” every time. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work but charged 6 times *2018-11-18, version 18.08.23* When I installed this App and tried to use it - it didn’t work at all but asked me to access and to subscribe for $1,99 and when I subscribed- it still didn’t work and it asked to pay again. So I subscribed 6 times and they charged $11,94 but this App still doesn’t work and every time asks to subscribe for $1,99. I sent email to the developer but never get any reply or any refund for the payments that were charged by mistake. ### 1/5 — Was a bad app now an unusable one *2018-09-11, version 18.08.23* Used last year and paid the subscription. Although it had a terrible interface and limited features it at least worked. This year any attempt to login gives the error: “Unknown or invalid response from server.” The error message cant be dismissed. You have to force the app closed. I also tried setting up a new account using the QR code from the school and get an error that the student reference code is invalid. Yet I am able to access from the web page. This is a junk app. ### 1/5 — Not good *2018-08-25, version 18.08.23* Only gave it a 1 star because you can give negative stars not only did the app. Not work but they still took my money for the upgrade and doesn’t work. I have and iPhone 8 Plus, and when the app is open, and I go to select my child to update, it [the app] shuts down. Now I have to use the website only, which is awful to use on a mobile device. The concept of silent dismissal is hard to deal with in general, making sure it is always up to date and correct, so the app not working just makes the whole concept really annoying. Please fix this bug, it is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2017-11-09, version 17.09.24* The only thing this app does is let you know when the bell rings for the kids to get out for the day. Set an alarm on the same device your thinking about using this app on, for that time and save the money. You can’t do or change anything, if your kid isn’t at school you get the same notice, they are leaving class. If school is closed for anything other than the weekend, Christmas Day I’m looking at you, it still sets off the alarm your kid just left class. Need to change how your picking up your kid, can’t! Need to get the kid a message, can’t! Want to cancel your sub for the year, because you stupidly paid for it and it’s worthless... can’t! One star was too much if only less than one was an option. ### 1/5 — Can’t get app to download *2017-11-05, version 17.09.24* Not sure what this is about. I had it downloaded and working. Then it froze up, so I uninstalled it and now when I try to reinstall it, nothing happens. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly. *2017-09-11, version 17.08.31* Whoever developed this app is not viewing it from the perspective of the parent picking up a child (especially if the other parent is picking up). There is no repository for a history of pickups earlier in the day. The notices within the app are often blocked by other app features. It is literally one of the worst apps I have used ever. The features in theory are nice, but there is significant room for improvement. Hope improvements will be made soon, especially since this is a paid app. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Silent Dismissal *2017-09-06, version 17.08.31* Don't waste your money subscribing to this app. I subscribed for the $1.99 last school year and the app NEVER once worked. I could never dismiss my children via the app when I got into the so called range. When I attempted to dismiss them nothing happened. I waited about 8 minutes before I went to walker or carpool employees and waited until they manually put in my kids numbers. Also, they don't tell you when you pay your money for all access that it is only good for one year and that you have to pay that money each and every year. This is a ripoff app in my opinion because I never got what the app promised. ### 1/5 — "New" version awful *2017-08-19, version 17.08.15* Even though I've paid for the app, everything is grayed out and inaccessible. Not user friendly at all. It doesn’t work half the time and the app is in cahoots with schools to charge you money for a totally broken app. ### 1/5 — Logs you out multiple times a day and doesn't save login *2023-09-15, version 22.11.01* When you are trying to check where your student is, need to quickly change their pickup, or are about to head to the school and need the app open, you want to be able to quickly login. This app does the opposite of that. It logs you out constantly and there is no "Face ID" option, nor is it set up where your phone can save your password to quickly enter or use shortcuts for entering your email address. Almost EVERY time I want to check on a child I have to log-in and enter everything manually. Does it let me in? Yes. Is it convenient, fast, or stress-reducing? Definitely not. It’s a simple fix by clicking ‘App Support’ and calling the number on the screen.
