Attempts to reset password indicate I no longer have an active account, which is odd since I would never deactivate the account mid-year when I use it to track my kids bus route daily. I gave up using it but last Spring but would like to try again this Fall, but again... same problem. ### 2/5 — Good app *2018-06-26* I like this app to track the bus, it’s not always accurate but overall it’s ok. A HUGE improvement would be if you would let me sign into 2 different accounts at the same time. My kids are not all in the same school and it’s a real pain to sign in and out while watching for 2 different buses. And it suspends my account if I sign in and out... Please make the app better by allowing me to be signed into 2 accounts simultaneously ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2023-07-06* I’ve been using this app for 5+ years and the past year it has been horrible. The map never loads. It takes forever for anyone with customer service to get back to you. I can still see my assets but the map would help ### 1/5 — log out too aggressively *2020-02-12* Have to enter password everyday when opening the app. The app is just to track community bus location. There is no need to require password such aggressively. ### 1/5 — The app keeps logging me out. *2019-08-15* That's the typical behavior: every few weeks it logs me out and I have to find the user ID and password, which is bothersome but not the end of the world. This morning it completely broke - logged me out and said that that my account is now suspended. I attempted to delete and reinstall but it won't even let me do that anymore. When I tap the install within the AppStore it thins for a few seconds and then times out. I don't have any issues with reinstalling other apps (just reinstalled Netflix in an attempt to troubleshoot) but not the Silent Passenger. ### 1/5 — Latest update disastrous *2018-05-25* (Iphone version) Fails to refresh vehicle position on its own, have to repeatedly kill the app and restart. Forces satellite view at small distances, even on cell phone connection. If you change map type, it does not remember the setting. Combine with bug above, and if you need to refresh then you have to kill the app, start, change map type again and again. In summary, rather bad upgrade. ### 1/5 — New update *2018-05-03* Downloaded newest update on my phone and now I can’t log on, it’s says confirm email which would be ok if that option was here but it’s not. ### 1/5 — Log in problems *2016-12-23* Can't log in. Keeps coming up as error 404. I know I have the correct password. The website alone is great and provides me with everything I need but now that I have it on my cellphone and tablet, I have the flexibility and the ability to see current vehicle information, past history of the vehicle or be notified on particular events of the vehicle. For weeks now ### 3/5 — App review *2013-01-12* This app is ok, that's the best I can say. Just like the desktop it's inaccurate(showing wrong addresses/towns, delayed reports ect). It works though, and I know where trucks have/have not been. I dislike that there's no refresh button, sign out/sign in refreshes the fleet. Overall ok ### 2/5 — Generally unreliable *2021-10-20* This app goes down or fails once a week or so. The real time tracking isn’t really “real-time”—a bus can appear to be at Point A and then it will refresh the position as Point D a moment later. Over the 2+ years of our experience, we have learned not to count on the app and operate an informal SMS network of parents among the bus route instead. Look at the last review and you’ll see that it’s 3 years old and the developers never bothered to write back. I think this tells you most of what you need to know about the service and company running it.
