They hire lazy incompetent drivers who dont understand the app or English so you will literally book a ride a pay for it and be sitting for hours waiting for somone to pick you up only to find out they are doing something else. Horrible app please dont waste your time or money. Just stick to Uber ### 2/5 — 😩😩 *2026-06-17* The pickup time changed randomly, the new pickups popped up during my trip and detoured to another direction. It took me 45 minutes to my destination 2 miles away. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2026-06-04* If you are planning on using this app to get too and from work DO NOT drivers can show up 10 minutes early to your pickup with no warning and leave without you. You can book a ride at 11:am and not arrive at your destination untill past noon! Im 100% serious. ### 2/5 — Extremely Unreliable *2026-05-28* I wait. And I wait. And I wait. If you want to get a ride on time, don’t use hopper. If you have time to kill, go ahead. Only reason it’s two stars is because the drivers themselves are great. Management is absolutely horrendous. If you book thirty minutes ahead, it’ll come twenty minutes early and you’re not ready or aware. Unbelievably slow. If you want to arrive to a destination at a specific time, expect yourself to arrive half an hour late. ### 5/5 — Thank you for a cheaper way to get around Santa Clara County *2025-12-01, version 4.22.2* Now I can get to Echo.Church in Sunnyvale on my own and get to Kaiser Santa Clara on my own with affordable prices ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2025-09-27* I used the app and was about to be dropped off at a completely random location which was in the opposite direction of which my destination was. When I contacted support - it took me 10 mins just to explain to them what had happened and they kept repeating that it is normal to be dropped off slightly away from the recorded destination. I kept telling them then it was not slightly away - it is miles away. The customer service is mostly useless - they almost certainly tell me what I already know. That my ride is away x mins. If the ride is delayed 15-20 mins also - they don’t give an option to cancel without charge. And you will be charged. Multiple times using their service - my ride has delayed 30+ mins.
