It gave the option to download it but no where did it say it was charging my account. Once I get it downloaded I get a notification from my account with a receipt for $19.99 from the app!!! How is this possible? I would have never have downloaded the app in general if I had known that a pattern marked as FREE would’ve cost $20. Now I’m out $20 that I didn’t even have in the first place. ### 1/5 — Sync between devices *2025-02-26, version 11.1* It doesn’t sync purchases ### 1/5 — Total disappointment *2025-01-05, version 11.1* All the patterns that I bought for the past couple of years were all gone. The stuff they offer is expensive and old world. I actually want my money back. What a wast of time and money. ### 1/5 — VERY disappointed! *2021-07-13, version 10.1* This app has a nice idea behind it,but has many limitations! If you like using a digital chart, it’s nice. Easy to mark off stitches,counts stitches, time, percentage of project complete,etc. BUT, this app is only for apple products and will not work with android,pc, etc. Yes you can print the charts, IF you have an airprinter. There’s no download option so it can be printed from a simple printer. And if you are somewhere where you don’t have internet access, forget about stitching….the app will not even open without internet. And don’t count on ‘all’of the designers to be helpful if you have any issues with their charts! I purchased from 2 different designers before realizing I can’t print the charts OR use the app without internet. I contacted both designers and explained the situation. One of them sent my purchases by email so I can print them. The other designer told me she only replaces charts purchased from her Etsy shop, and I have to deal with the app creator for any of her charts purchased through the silk app. So, I’m out the money I paid for her charts…although she got paid.
