## What is Silkline Secure?

SilkLine keeps the books for companies operating in Indonesia. We collect and archive your receipts and invoices, read the amounts, tax IDs, and dates off them, maintain your ledgers, issue invoices, and track the filing deadlines coming up.

This app is the phone side of that service.

PHOTOGRAPH A DOCUMENT IN SECONDS
Photograph a receipt, an invoice, or a tax card. The app finds the edges of the paper, straightens it, and flattens uneven lighting, then uploads it to your company's archive. Creased thermal paper, faded handwriting, and glare each have their own handling mode.

YOUR COMPANY'S RECORDS, ON YOUR PHONE
Browse the documents your company has submitted, open any one to see the amounts and tax IDs read off it, page through your invoices, and see what still needs attention.

DEADLINES AND TASKS
See your company's upcoming tax and filing dates, and the items waiting on you.

SIGN IN BY SCAN, WITHOUT TYPING
Your phone is the key. Open the SilkLine workspace in a browser on your computer and a QR code appears; scan and approve it from the app. The device is bound once, the key stays in your phone's secure hardware, and every sign-in has to be unlocked with Face ID, a fingerprint, or your device passcode.

The approval screen shows several numbers and your computer shows one of them — tap the one that matches. If the sign-in was started from a different network than your phone is on, there is an extra warning first. Both exist so that someone else's sign-in cannot be approved on your phone.

FOR ACCOUNTANTS TOO
If you work at an accounting firm, this app is your desk when you are away from it: switch between the client companies assigned to you, photograph and archive their documents, review what comes in, and manage company profiles, members, and assignments.

WHO CAN USE SILKLINE
Any company registered in Indonesia can become a client — VAT-registered (PKP) or not, any size, no invitation needed. We work in Indonesian, English, and Chinese. After you contact us at silkline.id we open an account for your company; the owner then hands out device enrollment codes to the people who need the app.

The app is free and there are no in-app purchases. The bookkeeping service is billed to the company under a separate agreement.
