## What is Siloh?

Your coach doesn't exist yet. Let's build them.

Most people run two apps. A nutrition tracker. A workout app. Neither one knows what the other is doing. Your training and your nutrition live in different places — and the gap between them is where consistency dies.

Siloh (pronounced SIGH-lo) is the first app that builds your meal plan and your workout plan as one system. Tell us your goal, your schedule, and how you train. Five screens. About a minute. You'll have a 14-day meal plan and a 4-week training program — synced, scaled, and ready to follow.

Siloh requires a paid subscription to build and follow your plans. Start with a free trial — full access, no charge, cancel anytime before it ends.

WHY SILOH
— One system, not two apps. Training-day meals fuel performance. Rest-day meals support recovery. When one side moves, the other adjusts.
— Replaces your other apps. A full food logger with barcode scan, search, and custom recipes. A full workout tracker with PR detection and a rest timer that runs in the Dynamic Island. One app. Both jobs.
— Done-for-you, not figure-it-out. No more searching recipes, building macros, or stitching together a workout split. Siloh decides. You execute.
— Built around your training, not against it. Your fortnight of food is intentionally repeated so groceries stay sane and prep stays simple. Different macros on training days versus rest days, automatically.
— Eating out? Siloh adapts. Tell us where you're going and we'll suggest 1–3 menu items that fit your slot's macros and your dietary pattern.
— Learns daily. Siloh remembers what you cooked, what you skipped, what you swapped, and what your training load looks like — and your AI gets smarter every week.
— Connects to Whoop and Apple Health. Your recovery, weight, and training load feed back into the plan.

WHO IT'S FOR
Siloh is built for the disciplined-but-overwhelmed. You have goals. You're tired of running four apps to do one job. You'd rather follow a plan than build one. You want your nutrition and your training pulling in the same direction.
Not for elite athletes. Not for casual browsers. For people who want a system that does the thinking.

HOW IT WORKS

Tell Siloh your goal, your stats, and how you train — lifting, hybrid, running, MMA, sport-specific, or bodyweight.
Get a 14-day meal plan and a matching 4-week training program. One system, not two.
Cook what's on the plan. Train what's on the program. Check off as you go.
Siloh adjusts as your weight, energy, adherence, and training load change.

A whole new look. Siloh's canvas got rebuilt from the ground up — a clean near-white ground with a soft green-to-terracotta color bloom flowing across it, frosted-glass cards everywhere, full dark mode, and lighter, calmer typography. Every screen breathes differently now.

Your coach got smarter. Snap up to 5 photos in one chat message, point it at a restaurant menu and it reads it, get tappable restaurant recommendations you can log in one tap, and it now learns your food preferences over time — and proposes fixes to your logs instead of silently changing them.

Households & groups. Create a household with a guided flow, invite family, manage members (including transfer + removal), group photos, and a smoother groups feed.

Runs. Start and stop runs with Siri, watch your run live on the lock screen with Live Activities, and your run visibility settings now stick.

Sharing that actually shares. Workout and nutrition posts in Discover now render as live cards (not just images), your friends can finally see the details behind your posts, and copying a share link gives you just the link — no more caption text glued to it. Post captions are typeable again on the draft screen (that one hurt, we know).

Under the hood: unit handling fixed across the app (no more lb/kg weirdness), muscle-level workout filters, a redesigned workout detail screen, and a pile of stability fixes.

What to poke at: post a workout and check the caption editing, try the new share links, run with Siri, build a household, and just... look at it. Tell us what feels off — screenshots welcome.
