Does not allow for real time pick up windows. Selecting ASAP says 25 minutes but waited well over an hour once I arrived at my scheduled pick up time.

The app is not working but it still takes payment. I was charged on my credit card twice. When I spoke to someone on the phone, they continuously told me that it doesn’t work and not to download it, but there is nothing on their website (on or near the buttons to download from the App Store) so it was not made obvious that this doesn’t work.
