## What is SilverCloud?

The SilverCloud Mobile location management software app will allow users of the SilverCloud the ability to view and monitor the precise location of LandAirSea GPS trackers installed on vehicles and/or assets, whether it's a single vehicle or an entire fleet of vehicles, from anywhere conveniently from their iPhone or iPad mobile device. 

With the SilverCloud Mobile App, users will be able to monitor the speed and battery life of each device by tapping on the icon located on the map. The location also updates automatically, showing the real-time GPS location of the user's vehicles and/or mobile devices. Users will also have the option of generating the Historical Playback of their tracking data to see precisely where their devices travelled. 

Vehicle updates will be based on user's data plan - 1 minute, 10 seconds, 5 seconds, or as fast as 3 second continuous updates.

I have been using the GPS tracker for my car for the past one year, and so far it has been an OK experience overall. The tracking location update is satisfactory overall, but the charging status of the GPS tracker sometimes confuse me. If it's showing 30% in the afternoon, it has shown 50% the next morning without it being charged. I don't know the reason for this, but the LAS systems should look into this.

Very poor GPS service. The system often does not show the correct location of my vehicles, which defeats the whole purpose of having GPS tracking.

Most of the time, the location does not update quickly, even though I am paying for a plan that is supposed to update at least every minute. Sometimes my vehicles have already left the shop, but the GPS continues showing them at the shop for hours.

This service has been unreliable and very frustrating. As soon as I can, I will be canceling the service and looking for a more reliable GPS tracking company.
