The GPS only registers 3/4 the time and more than half the time doesn’t update every minute the GPS is located on top of the vehicle for best performance and but still has problems even in open areas that aren’t dense with city buildings or mountains. Customer service isn’t really responsive. I’ve called twice waiting an hour plus to try to talk to somebody and no one answered when I sent emails. I get responses a week later. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad service *2026-08-29, version 9.3* Very poor GPS service. The system often does not show the correct location of my vehicles, which defeats the whole purpose of having GPS tracking. Most of the time, the location does not update quickly, even though I am paying for a plan that is supposed to update at least every minute. Sometimes my vehicles have already left the shop, but the GPS continues showing them at the shop for hours. This service has been unreliable and very frustrating. You are able to set a boundary that triggers a notification if it goes outside. And anytime I’ve ever taken it out it has signaled 100% of the time. The real time tracking works quite well, I haven’t had any bugged out tracking locations or anything.
