SilverCrest Wi-Fi Doorbell App has been developed for the SilverCrest doorbell Wireless Video STWT 720 A1. With this App you can connect your STWT 720 doorbell to the Internet and finish the setup. After the installation you can communicate with your visitors who are ringing the bell, from anywhere you like (a good internet connection is mandatory). In addition this App enables the function to save automatic videos if anyone triggers the motion sensor. It is also possible to make Video or pictures manually if visitors are standing in front of your door (automatic triggered videos will be saved on a SD card inside the station/ no cloud service needed). Doorbell still works but that is it. Going to try on an old iPhone with an out-of-date iOS to see what happens. I have had mine now for nearly 2 years and have it installed on 3 iPhones. In the main it works fine. A bit heavy on battery use. Only problem that I have is in regard to the SD Card. It could be my fault and that I have installed a fake 32Gb card but when the recordings reach about 16Gb of storage the device reports that it is offline and tries to reconnect without success. The push notices work and live viewing still works, but no new recordings take place. I have tried various times even reinstalled the software. Buy a more expensive brand as this is not fit for purpose don’t buy ### 1/5 — It’s worse loose connection after updating *2020-07-16, version 1.0.19(5)* As soon as app updated now only door bell ring comes on video always keep circle rounding up and up I left 1 hour when see again the new batteries (cell) all gone. Put new batteries again but no video or phone system work. Now as purchased from Lidle going to return that back. As it’s the big problem with the SilverCrest app connection to the device or remote server’s not worth at all. ### 5/5 — Working no problems *2020-06-20, version 1.0.19(5)* My missus bought this so I installed it and then read the reviews (usually check reviews first), I’ve installed it no problem, I’m getting notifications, I have installed it on two Apple devices and so far (literally only two hours) I’m having no problems and am impressed with the kit!
