Unfortunately the latest update changed any accounts you may have added for OTP generation so they they're just named with the username/email you used rather than the platform/service it's for. That information was at least present before when you expanded a given entry. Now I just have a bunch of entries that have my work email, which is not helpful at all and I don't even have anything to go on as to which services I need to re-add.
