I am unable after the upgrade to version 3.6.0 confirm/decline any request. Ack/nack tap buttons simply dont show up as screen do no display them, scrolling do not work. I am on os version 17.4.1 having iPhose SE 3rd generation.

The app itself is great, lightweight and does what it needs to do.

Unfortunately the latest update changed any accounts you may have added for OTP generation so they they're just named with the username/email you used rather than the platform/service it's for. That information was at least present before when you expanded a given entry. Now I just have a bunch of entries that have my work email, which is not helpful at all and I don't even have anything to go on as to which services I need to re-add. This seems like a huge oversight and depending on how it was implemented may not be able to recover the information that was previously present, but I'm hopeful that it's being addressed
