I have since moved on to 2 others that are light years ahead. (match and our time )This app has very little control over who you can see, profiles you look at or save and making connections with local people. I set the parameters to limit the distance to 10 miles surrounding my area which is a large metropolitan area in central Florida. Yet they insist on sending me people that are hundreds of miles away and even out of state even though they say they won’t. The first two matches they sent me turned out to be fakes or scammers. Then they blocked me for no apparent good reason that I had to complain about before they unblocked me. I’ve complained and asked for a refund. Looks like the only satisfaction I’ll get is to file a complaint with my credit card company, Better Business Bureau, and other Internet consumer sites. ### 1/5 — Silver Seniors *2026-01-23, version 7.5.0* I downloaded your app 2 or 3 days ago. I knew there were in app purchases. As I proceeded through the subscription process, I was unable to find the price until after I double clicked to pay. $54.99!! As a Christian, I do not smoke, drink alcohol, nor chew. SS came up with only 1 or 2 matches, which were not compatible for me. For me, this app is definitely not worth $54.99!! I tried to obtain a refund from Apple to no avail. Sadly, I bought a six month membership because it was only $10 more than 3 months. Be suspicious if you can't communicate directly via private message or phone call, or if you can't arrange to meet in person. All the women that I see are in their 60’s, one picture and are interested in having children. This app is so feature-poor and it takes forever for profiles to load whether on phone or web page. So bad. And worse: the filters don’t work at all. They just suck. Say I’m looking for women >5’9” within 200 miles. You are still getting a ton of time-wasting results of shorter women. No offense to short women. But you want what you want. Combine slow speed and poor results and you end up with a terrible user experience. Additionally there are probably more fake profiles here than any other platform I’ve seen. Frustrating. Very bad experience. ### 1/5 — Very poor update *2025-12-09, version 7.3.3* The app recently underwent an overhaul and the end produce is SIGNIFICANTLY poorer than the previous version. * One can no longer do a search on any criteria! * There is a “Discover” feature that lets one “browse” profiles, but it does not abide by the preferences set in your profile! In fact, in your profile it says that preferences are “not strict and you will see other people”! So, you end up browsing through a significant number of profiles that do NOT match your preferences, the majority of which are not even active profiles, wasting significant amounts of time. * One can no longer send messages to profiles you like. All one can do is LIKE a profile, and then hope that the other person sees your profile and LIKEs your profile back. Only when there is a “mutual like” can you message the person, but not before. * Customer service responded to my complaints (by email) after significant issues with connection (the overhaul was extremely buggy when it came out), but the response was condescending. And there is NO way to contact someone by phone other than for billing issues. I do NOT recommend this on-line dating app. ### 1/5 — Fake Profiles *2025-12-01, version 7.3.3* Mostly fake profiles. I got banned 4 different times and I still do not know the reason. I contacted customer support and received an AI generated reply but without a reason for banning me. No solid leads and preferences are a joke. Just as a requirement example I purposely inputted height as under 3’ and a doctorate degree. Laugh-out-loud ridiculous. Save your money people. Uploaded normal photos, followed the process correctly, and within minutes my account was locked with no explanation. Customer support was even worse. They kept sending useless automated responses telling me to go to Profile and Account Settings to delete my account—even though the account was blocked and I could not access any of those sections in the first place. It feels like the entire system is run by bots that do not read what you write. Extremely frustrating, poor customer service, and a terrible first experience. I asked them to permanently delete my account, photos, and personal information because I want nothing to do with this app anymore. Complete waste of time.
