It’s hard to navigate. The on-demand videos don’t play more than about 20 seconds before they crash. Favoriting my gym doesn’t stick, so I have to scroll down through all the options to get to it in order to log an activity. I was able to favorite a video that won’t play to the end so it’s easy to watch the first 18 seconds over and over again. It’s good to know it still has information about the Covid-19 vaccine (sarcasm). Thankfully the biometric login requires verification between entering my username and password to keep my login secure for all those times someone steals my phone in between them (more sarcasm). Lots of room for improvement. The in-app tech help (which I bet they ignore) requires way more information than is necessary for me to help them fix their app by reporting a problem ### 5/5 — Love these online classes via Zoom *2026-05-28, version 2.1.1* Thanks Silver Sneakers. I am loving the online classes, specially classes with Andrea, Trent, Kait and Diana. Their classes are perfect for me and look forward to attending them. Some days I’m energetic so I pick cardio, some days I know I need to use weights then some days I just want to sit and do exercises. So I called WellCare and man let me tell you this app is amazing. It helps your find locations that take and helps you keep track of your progress.
