Dein Support Team ### 1/5 — Da könnte man deutlich mehr draus machen… *2024-08-14* Die App ist recht instabil und nicht unbedingt intuitiv. Ist mehrfach abgestürzt, wenn man auf „Drop In“ klickt. Das Buchen der Tickets ist ebenfalls nicht intuitiv - nach dem Einloggen findet man nicht direkt seine Buchung wieder. Hätte fast doppelt gebucht. Bei Eingabe der Adressdaten stürzt die App ab, wenn man „Straße“ mit Doppel S schreibt. Wenn man über die App bucht werden die Tickets als QR-Code per Mail versendet?! Dann muss man die Tickets ausdrucken lassen?! Kein Rabatt in der App… Beim Kauf am Schalter wären sämtliche privaten Daten nicht notwendig gewesen. Leider klappt das Tracking aber noch nicht so gut: - Bekomme Pins für Aktivitäten die ich nicht gemacht habe - Bekomme keine Pins / Punkte für Aktivitäten die ich erledigt habe - Am nervigsten: Zwei komplette Skitage sind nicht geloggt. Bis zur Talstation lief es und dann ist das Tracking abgebrochen.
