When it gave me the choice to get the second hotel I was super excited. Then when it takes you to the second hotel the screen is messed up. It’s like glitching as if your phone is broke and pixelated/granulated. I can’t play it because it hurts my eyes so bad. Sad. Please fix. ### 3/5 — Fun but there are issues *2025-02-08* I enjoy playing this game and the first hotel was fine for me, but the second hotel glitches when I go to it and my screen kind of goes fuzzy when I try and do anything there which is not an issue I had with the first hotel. Also some of the quests are a little hard since you need gems to complete them and to get the amount of gems from just the game and no ads would take ages so the game kind of forces you too watch ads to finish some quests. I lost all my progress. I contacted customer service and they never responded. Very disappointed! ### 1/5 — Unfinished Game *2023-02-18, version 1.07.5051* There are two hotels that can be played. The first hotel Idylic Vista, is fairly easy. Begins by helping you understand the game and progress fairly quickly through. A bit of Gem need for tasks to be completed. The second hotel Skylake Pavilion is where the game proves to be unfinished. I have upgraded everything I can in-game and am stuck at 4 stars, with a rating of 1145/1200 that I cannot improve. Unable to progress without upgrading to 5 stars (which you need 1200 to do). I have all staff and power and water maxed. I have contacted their support multiple times with screen shots and asked if this is a bug or if I am missing something, no response to any emails. Once you check to see what other Hotels they have after this one it says “Coming Soon” and has been this way for a while.
