Setup through the app was easy and the connection speeds were fast. I bought a 20GB eSim that lasted 30 days, so I didn’t have to worry about running out data on my trip. I was constantly connected to the fastest networks and didn’t have to worry about incurring roaming fees from my home mobile provider. I highly recommend this app and their eSims. Used on iPad mini rather than phone so don’t need the minutes. Good rates with EE network which worked well. Used ‘sign in with Apple’. Selected an EE plan which was on offer. Paid using PayPal although Apple Pay available. Within 5 mins or less I was up and running. Checked out various other apps and websites and this was most convenient and best priced. Also there was very quick Whatsapp support when I had a question whether I could take the cheaper sim with minutes as well v. Barely you will be successful and be able to do a phone call. Called the customer support without success. I'm in Canada with Virgin and never had this happen before. Other SIM providers allow for SMS codes to be received not just through cell, but WhatsApp and email. ### 1/5 — Try something else *2025-11-24* Purchased unlimited data plan, which promised 4G/5G. It has been 3G or less for the first week now. I had thought it was just the area I was in, until I spoke with other travelers who had alternative plans - they were totally fine!!! 5G, was able to load pages 10x faster than I was able to. Really frustrating as this was not cheap. Tried to reach out, but it took over half a day for network to ask me to confirm the same information I already provided. Then I was told by agent they would need to hear back from network again. Can’t close the filters screen and have to exit the app…not a good sign. ### 1/5 — If I could give a lower review, I would *2025-05-01* Took over two hours to activate. After only a day, the service quit working with plenty of my usage left. Customer service was unresponsive and I was not able to restore service during my trip. A total waste of money. After a sim would not install they encouraged me to reset network settings and I have since had my original number wiped out due to their incompetence. Three hours of my life I will not get back in an exasperating chat, a mess to sort out when I return to the UK, and still NO SIM. A disgrace. ### 1/5 — Worst eSIM ever *2024-12-18, version 24.12.11* I have used different eSIMs over the last few months and by far this is the worst one. I bought it at 9pm and it worked for a little while. I was on the WiFi from like 11pm so imagine my shock when I wasn’t on the WiFi the next day and the sim just stopped working. I tried contacting them on WhatsApp sent them screenshots and after a whole day of trying they turn around and say it’s because I had used the whole 5gb in TWO HOURS the night before. Mind you I had bought a different eSIM to contact them same amount of GB and yet that sim is working and somehow I managed to use their data in 2 hours. Don’t bother with this sim just stick with Saily or Airlo less trouble. When I asked for a refund they even stopped responding to me actual SCAMMERS. ### 1/5 — Terrible coverage total waste of money *2024-05-01* I can’t believe I used their awful product twice! . First I used the eSIM in southern Chile. I had coverage for exactly one day. Customer service was slow and unable to fix anything. I bought a second eSIM when the first stopped working so I went ahead and used it in Santiago. No joke, they have zero coverage in the capital city! Their customer service is awful and even if the coverage was great they are overpriced vs what you can buy on the streets here.
