Wifi connection is so temperamental you could bet 9x out of 10 it doesn’t connect. As a monitor it is ok but try to change anything like water tank calibration points, it allows you to change the calibration point and then when you have done that you are stuck on that page with no way out. You have to delete the app to get out and when reloading the app it states no devices are setup and leaves you with the black screen of death, even though you are logged onto the Simarine Pico monitor. It is immensely frustrating. I only recommend using the Simarine Pico monitor directly. That side of the system is quite good. The app is a massive letdown when the rest of the Enerdrive system and components are just so good. Really, Enerdrive, you guys should ditch the app altogether. It is so incomplete with big holes in it’s design. Just drop it. The app has only connected for me once, I spent a lot of time shutting the device off and on, my phone off and on, my Wi-Fi off and on, forgetting the Wi-Fi network, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc. etc. Finally I gave up. Though there are many bugs to work through with the app and actual firmware of the device, that often get more numerous with each release. When it does eventually connect it is amazing! I agree with the other review, I am constantly having to close the app, reopen to see a different error. Have lost count with the number of times it has asked me to upgrade firmware to the same version as installed. I wish it just had Bluetooth like the Enerdrive batteries, it is a lot more reliable. ### 2/5 — App wifi isn’t great, firmware update dramas *2023-02-18, version 1.2.647* Simarine gear is great, the app needs fixing! Wifi is hard to connect to or won’t work at all, also has terrible range - be nice if it worked from the car.. perhaps would be better connected to an external wifi access point (which most caravans don’t have) Randomly the app says you need to update the monitor, monitor is already up to date but you have to cancel the update, restart the app and reconnect again to get past it.
