まず全て日本語ではない。
またアプリ開くとアップデートの表示があり、アップデートしないとカメラに動きあっても通知されない。だから知らない間に使えない状態。不審者映ってもメール連絡だけで、寝ていたら気がつかないし録画もされないから意味がない。

日本のクラウドファンディングで買ったのに、全く使い物になりません。騙されました。

クラウドファウンディングで購入しました。
ほぼ日本語対応してません
改善する気配も見えません
いちど渋谷の方で展示されていると言うので見に行きましたが店員も操作方法が分かっておらず結局何もわからずじまいでした。
アップデートもできないので後日アプリを消して再接続しようとしましたがつなぐ事は結局出来ませんでした。
クラウドファウンディングの出展者に問い合わせても何も連絡がなく
もうこの時点でこの商品はだめだと思いました。
いつか繋げられる日を夢見て頑張ってみますがこの商品は決してお勧めできません。
買ってしまった同じような境遇の方一緒に頑張りましょう以上

Finally got around to updating the firmware for the cameras that I have. Followed the instructions (even formatting SD to FAT32) and when I inserted the new card in the first camera it rebooted and the green LED slowly blinks on and off and that is it. Will not bind will not do anything. Tried resets and nothing different.

My camera NEVER can simply playback footage, it just shows a picture. It used to take multiple attempts but now doesn't at all. This camera costs too much money for it to NOT function correctly!! I am now getting constant alerts about TREES moving instead of actual people approaching. PLEASE FIX THIS SOFTWARE we paid more money than we should have for the camera at least give us the features we paid for!!!! By the way face recognition is a joke and object tracking too- never ever received alerts for my package being picked up but thanks for letting me know the trees are approaching. 🙄 In the 2 months we have had this camera not one face recognized. FIX YOUR SOFTWARE!!!!

いつのまにかプライバシーモードという
監視オフのモードになったりと
使い物にならないソフト
メニュー英語にできれば
まだ読めるがフォントも無いような
中国語しか表示出来ない
現状では
まともに運用は出来ないと思った方がいい

日本のクラウドファンディングで本体を購入したが、このアプリの選択に日本語無い。北米を選択すると日本語で動かせるが、一部が中国語で訳が分からないところがある。
また、本体のセットに足りないものがあり、連絡後、一部が送られてきたが、また足らず、と不手際も多い会社かも。。。。

All these reviews are Fake, From 3. X to 4. X in 1 day?   there are lots of the problems with Cam,  issues like not able to update,  OPEN PORT,  and this Cam use one of the Chinese cloud server which went on NEWS about their Privacy Problem.  IF YOU WANT SOMEONE WATCHING YOUR DALY LIFE,  This the is the you want to get,  Otherwise go with Google Nest.

Appreciate the overall product but software really needs extra work. Detection, alerts, face recognition not every time works... actually motion and face detection never did. 
I would really love to hear from the dev team since the support on the company’s web site is inexistent.

Downgraded to 1 star!
After last firmare camera not opening on full screen view (landscape mode) and no more left and righ tilt on touchscreen!!!
Really disappointed ☹️

After the most recent app update, and updating both of my cameras to the latest firmware (20191031), suddenly I no longer get notifications when a person is detected. The app still records the alerts, and I can view them, but I have no idea they’ve even been taken unless I manually look in the app. I’ve checked my notifications settings for SIMCAM and they are on and set up how they were always set up in the past. I’ve even restarted my phone just in case, but no change. So something in the app update is preventing notifications from being made when a person is detected. This is a rather big error.

Also, the audio on these cameras is atrocious. You can’t hear anything for the most part, unless the sound or conversation is either LOUD or happening close to the camera, and even then, the hum of the camera itself is so loud it drowns out anything else. You really need to figure out a way to reduce camera hum, or else find some way for the audio to “ignore” it. Currently I use these cameras for video only because that’s all they’re good for.

Software is not consumer ready. For addition features you have to download a “Software Development Kit” if your not a coder you will have issues getting this to work as it should. If these guys weren’t lazy developers...it might be a contender...🤨

カメラの評価前に、なにもできない。
国の選択に日本がない。北アメリカが2個とヨーロッパの3択。

To summarize I'm very happy with this purchase. The camera works really well and has many features that I wasn't expecting. This camera offers a great value. I really like all the features it includes, the pan, tilt, zoom, night vision, etc.

A recent update introduced rtsp, meaning you can stream your cameras to anywhere that supports rtsp. This could be a third party app, your nas or elsewhere.I've been using it for a few days and have my streams in spare space on my second monitor using VLC Media Player to play the streams.It's working well, just thought I'd share in case anyone missed the changelog.

評価訂正します。☆４個です。
確認メールが届くのに時間がかかったようです。内容も、中国語表記でした。
でも、設定することができ、画像も鮮明で、取りあえず使ってみます。

認知症の家族の見守りのために購入致しましたが、初期設定できません。
ユーザー規約とプライバシポリシーに同意もできない。地域も北米とヨーロッパしか選択肢が無い。使えませんね。評価できません。

Basically ok but room for improvement, e. g. app does not support face id, app does not provide a specific iPad layout, ftp to NAS is not supported (Simcam S1), Delete Alert function does not work, alert pictures do not show the scene which triggered the alert, playback time is not in line with selected time zone, there is no response on the customer feedback ...
