How it works
· Measures your heart rate in real time during a recorded moment
· Shows a heart-rate graph with your maximum, minimum, and average BPM, plus heart rate variability (your "flutter score")
· Save each moment your way — with photos, labels, and location

Before you start
Recording a moment requires an Apple Watch, and you'll need to allow access to "Heart Rate" and "Workout" on your Apple Watch.
