## What is Simma?

Athletes use Simma to view their activities from their Apple Watch recorded using the HealthKit or Simma's watchOS applications and to view activities from Garmin connect. 

Athletes can be invited by Coaches using the Simma web application to share their data with that coach so they can bring athlete data into their school, team or private practice.
