## What is Simmerix?

Simmerix is a copper-toned kitchen bench with five on-device cooking labs for brine ratios, oil smoke points, Maillard sear timing, stock reduction, and emulsion stability. The Steam Ladle Index tracks bench load, lab mix, kitchen intel, and streak gauges as you save batches — each module compares your dial against a baseline scenario and accepts optional batch notes. Simmerix is for home cooking practice and self-tracking only — not a food safety certification tool.
