I have a Simmons Credit Card but for the life of me, I cannot log into this app! I put in the credit card number, my social, everything it asks for and it still will not allow me to log in.

Every other Credit Card App allows you to make credit card payments. Why has that not been integrated yet? The app is not good and very limited. How is this app getting a 4.6 overall rating when almost every written review is a 1 star?

I assumed this APP would let me make a payment to my account..It doesn’t. It is useless...I have had this account for 10+ years and it won’t recognize my username or password...so I set up another one and it states I already have a username..Your IT department needs to remove, test and replace this APP!

Love this card alerts app!  It always sends me a text within seconds of my card and my husband’s card being used.
