This app never works when I need it to. It can never give me an updated balance and I always get the “something went wrong, we can’t process your request at this time” message. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it STILL can’t tell me how much money I have left. Hope I don’t overdraft! 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m giving not only Simmons Banking online but Simmons the bank itself and their employees where I  bank in Nixa, MO.  
The online banking is very easy to manoeuvre and pay my bills and hurry up and get off-line so I can do other things.  The Location in Nixa,  the people are very professional, and yet,  they have a sense of humour.   They know your name and know who you are (trouble, HaHaHa! ) the moment you walk in the door and that’s a very welcoming feeling.
