Paid for an audiobook that never populated in the app. Emailed the help email and they said they’d let me know when they fixed the issue…and I have yet to hear back

I downloaded the Simon & Schuster app but I cannot find my purchase. I downloaded the Glassboxx app and it won’t let me login. I’ve been asking for help for 40 minutes and I am getting nothing. I’d stay away from this if I were you.

I just downloaded the Simon and Schuster App but it will not open. There is no way for me to get to a registration subroutine. The help url does it work. HELP!

No mention of “only on their app” when buying books.  Call help line provided on email receipt gets “sorry we only handle print purchases”.  Can only email mystery Glassboxx entity.  We like to support book publishers and sellers, but Simon and Schuster is self-inflicting a black eye here.

Wanted to buy and support the publisher but the app wont even let me download and read the book I bought. It also wouldn't let me read it on launch day (it was a preorder) though others could in other apps….huge regrets.

### 1/5 — Don’t use his app if you have ANY reading alternative!

The books cost the same on Amazon where you can do more like capture notes, and share with family members on the same Kindle accounts.  If you don’t use Kindle, buy the hard copy. Then you can give it to someone else or donate to a library. 

But I feel like Simon and Schuster ripped me off for a book I really wanted to share.

Never again.

Have used many different readers, first time that I had to reaquire the book so I could actually read it. Terrible reader. Will never use Simon & Schuster again. Totally blew me off for a refund.
