Information isn’t conveyed properly or executed in a timely manner. In emergency situations no one can help until you submit a request, even though in standing in front of you. ### 3/5 — Terrible app *2026-01-26* During the latest Ice storms the employees couldn't get any updates from the mall due to issues with the app. Please ditch this and go back to the phone/text/email communication system. ### 1/5 — This app doesn’t ever work *2026-01-25* They need to update this app because I can’t even log in without it saying my internet connection is bad or that my login credentials are invalid when everything is right… ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-01-24* The app never works properly. If says credentials aren’t recognized but then after a couple attempts it will sign in. Then when you get in, it will constantly sit idling with “Fetching Data”. If you receive a notification and try to sign in, it takes forever to sign in.
