On ne peut sélectionner prix croissants ou décroissants, pas de sélection de couleur ou matériel ou grandeur. Bref🙄. Ce qui est disponible sur l’app ne correspond pas aux stocks en magasin s et plusieurs glitchs lorsqu’on veut consulter un article; on click dessus puis, RIEN, pas d’article et nous montre la page d’entrée des soldes. Aucune photo de proche pour bien voir les détails ou la texture du tissu. Bad user experience ### 2/5 — Clunky & laggy *2025-02-02, version 2.4.0* I had this app installed for a really long time because the website layout was frustrating, but I finally deleted it today after being fed up with how laggy and clunky it is. If I scroll back to the previous screen after looking at an item, it shouldn’t scroll all the way to the top of the page again. It clears your information if you switch windows, as in while I was checking a postal code for shipping once I returned to the app all of my personal information had been cleared forcing me to re-enter. I placed an order twice and each time the order was cancelled wothin seconds without any explanation. I can transfer the required funds out of my account so there are no holds or measures to prevent me from spending money at this business, I guess they just don’t want it. Better off just going to Walmart or something. Completely asinine app that developers needto pull and completely rewrite as far as I’m concerned. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy luxury items *2026-06-26, version 2.4.2* Warning - Simons routinely oversells luxury items they lack the inventory for. Sure the sale prices are appealing but it’s a coin toss whether your order will actually be fulfilled. What’s even more troubling is customer service defends this practice. Two main gripes: 1. The “wish list” and “online orders” windows refreshing every time you navigate away from them. Absolutely infuriating design. If I’m in my wishlist, I scroll down and click on a given item, if I were to go back, I am shot back up to the top of the list. Why? Same with online orders. If I am trying to go through my orders, I don’t want to have to remember where in the list I am. Especially given that I’m looking at nothing more than a lost, meaning there are no quick visual cues. Extremely poorly thought out. 2. the Simons assistant floating action button (FAB). Why does it pop up after a delay and constantly in the way of content you want to click on? It results in me winding up in the assistant and when I go back I’m kicked out to the main page.
