Still waiting for an answer. It would be great to start planning gardens again. Can someone please provide an update? Update 07.24: can someone explain why I’m getting an error message when I try to open the daily challenge. I keep getting a message stating that the leaderboard can’t be loaded and to try again later. This just started about 2 weeks ago, but doesn’t happen every day. Also, when are you continuing the original story and adding more gardens? I really love this game. The puzzles are fun, there are daily competitions, and two additional side stories. I only wish there were additional levels and gardens to create in the main story. It looks like the story is meant to continue as there are undeveloped areas. When will additional garden levels be added? Update: There are weekly challenges in the game. One of the challenges, Kitten Kaboodle, requires you to compete for a high score and at some point you have to submit your score or gain no points and drop a level. Occasionally during the game you reach a point where new levels have to be added and you’re pushed to play a different challenge. If you haven’t submitted your score, there’s no way to go back and submit it. This is beyond irritating. And then around level 3000 the levels get overly hard and the money to buy upgrades slows down considerably. Now in the 4000s and have to wait until I get enough money and the three scoops to be able to complete levels. I’ve started another game. There should be a way to exchange some of the other currency for gold - I don’t want more statues. I want to play the matching game. ### 1/5 — Randomly lost 30k coins *2026-06-24, version 1.63.0* I’ve enjoyed this game for a long time, but suddenly one day all of my coins disappeared. My progress on levels and other awards (like daily login) were saved, but my 30,000+ coins vanished. I contacted tech support and they had no way to restore them. There were no saved games to restore. I deleted the app and reinstalled, but that did nothing. So, BEWARE — you may lose your hard-earned coins at any time. I’ve deleted the app and will be moving on to something else. ### 1/5 — No customer support and server issues *2026-06-11, version 1.62.0* More than a week ago, the app stopped communicating with the game servers to load and submit scores for any of the events. I went through all the standard troubleshooting methods, and when nothing worked I submitted a support ticket. I submitted a second ticket four days later after having received no response to the first. It’s now been a week since I first contacted support and have yet to receive even a confirmation, and the server issues persist. ### 1/5 — Great game but… *2026-04-23, version 1.61.0* If you navigate away for too long - and there’s no telling what too long is - while in a level, the game will crash and reload upon return. They treat that as you forfeiting the level and will erase all progress in the challenges that erase your progress with any loss. ### 1/5 — Cute and Fun, But... *2026-04-08, version 1.60.0* The game won't allow me to submit my score in Kitten Kaboodle. This is not the first time that happened. I was playing my last puzzle for the night, and I was going to submit after that. However, it just stopped and gave me another event. Not very happy right now. I had quit for a long time, when this happened a couple years ago. To add to my previous review, I now give it one point. When the game indicates you have four days or whatever it is to complete a puzzle, that's an outright lie. They actually delete the score you were working on each day. I am done. ### 1/5 — Unobtainable goals :/ *2026-04-07, version 1.60.0* They seem to have forgotten that this is supposed to be the arcade version not the pay per play game. You only get 50 coins when you beat a level. You pay 250 for an extra 3 turns which causes you to lose several thousand just to beat one level. Majority of goals are impossible at the higher levels (4000 and above). For example, items you need to collect to win special animated portraits, in the limited amount of time given, are not always available in these levels. You play endlessly for nothing. Gameplay is extremely frustrating in the higher levels thanks to the annoying obstacles that you have to hit multiple times to get rid of and with only a limited amount of turns. And then there’s the ivy that grows faster than you can think and plan a move. Too Cruel :/ I wind up spending so much of my hard earned coins for an extra 5 turns which unfairly cost more than what you get for winning a level. FYI - Winning a levels earns you around 55 coins, whereas paying for an extra 5 turns cost you 250 coins (weird for an arcade game). I have spent thousands trying to pass the ridiculously hard levels. Beyond unfair :( Devs: Please cut back on the difficulty and bring back the fun.
