What’s worse is the fear of accidental subscriptions and unwanted balance deductions, something many users keep complaining about. A telecom app should build trust, not make users anxious while tapping buttons. This makes the process faster, more convenient, and fully aligned with modern eSIM standards. Introducing in-app SIM to eSIM conversion would: - Improve customer experience and convenience - Reduce load on Jazz service centers - Support users with eSIM-only or dual-SIM devices - Position Jazz as a more innovative and future-ready network in Pakistan Identity verification (biometric, CNIC, OTP, etc.) can easily be handled securely within the app. I strongly believe this feature would be appreciated by many Jazz customers and would further strengthen Jazz’s digital ecosystem.
